DV-2009 lottery winners were notified by mail between May and July 2008. 792 applicants were selected from Sri Lanka this year and will be provided further instructions, including information on fees connected with immigration to the U.S. There were 675 winners last year from Sri Lanka.

Instructions for the DV-2010 lottery will be released by the US state department in the near future. We will be posting more information on this website. There will be a topic on the forum discussing the many issues and help topics.
